1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• 130pub, Platform, Operator, Company, we, us: Refers to 130pub Casino, a PAGCOR-authorized online gambling platform operating at https://130pub.cam and providing online casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related gambling services to players in the Philippines.
• Player, User, you, your: Refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, or participates in gambling activities on the 130pub platform.

• Wallet, Balance: The virtual account balance associated with your 130pub Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, and available withdrawal amounts.

• PAGCOR: The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing legal gambling operations in the Philippines under whose authorization 130pub operates.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process required by 130pub and PAGCOR regulations, involving submission of government-issued identification documents to confirm Player identity, age, and eligibility.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Jurisdictional Requirements

Use of 130pub services is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of gameplay. 130pub does not accept Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration Process

• A valid Philippine mobile telephone number capable of receiving SMS one-time passwords (OTP);
• A valid email address that you have sole access to;

You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date. Failure to provide truthful information or update changed details may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with 130pub. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 130pub employs automated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and other behavioral indicators. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to PAGCOR for regulatory action.

2.4 KYC Verification Requirement

Before processing your first withdrawal, 130pub requires completion of the KYC identity verification process. You must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or Philippine Identification Card) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. The identity information on your submitted documents must match the information provided during account registration. 130pub reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) or proof of payment method ownership (bank account screenshots, GCash wallet screenshots). Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 130pub account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password that is not used for any other online account;
• Never share your password with any third party, including individuals claiming to be 130pub support staff;

3.2 No Account Sharing or Transfer

Your 130pub account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Allowing another person to access your account, place bets using your balance, or conduct any activity on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Any winnings or losses resulting from account sharing will be attributed to the registered account holder.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

130pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), 7-Eleven Cliqq cash-in, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos (or cryptocurrency equivalent). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 130pub wallet instantly for e-wallet and cryptocurrency methods, and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfers pending bank processing times. 130pub does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees which are beyond 130pub's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

5.1 Game Rules & RNG Certification

Progressive jackpot games have no maximum winning limit, and the full jackpot amount will be paid out regardless of size, though payment may be structured in installments for jackpots exceeding ₱10 million at the sole discretion of 130pub management.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

We encourage all Players to set personal limits on time and money spent gambling, and to seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

7.2 Account Limit Tools

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 130pub platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games;
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair winnings;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods;
• Money laundering or using 130pub services to transfer funds for illegal purposes;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification;
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward 130pub staff or other Players;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access 130pub source code or backend systems.

8.2 Investigation & Account Freezing

130pub reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and conduct investigations when fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or suspicious betting patterns are detected. During an investigation, your account may be temporarily suspended for up to 90 days while 130pub reviews transaction history, gameplay logs, and conducts interviews with relevant parties. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation by providing requested documentation and information within 14 days of the request.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Content

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond 130pub's reasonable control. 130pub is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided that reasonable steps were taken to restore service promptly.

10.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or RNG failure that affects game outcomes, 130pub reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All game malfunctions void pays and plays. If a malfunction causes incorrect crediting or debiting of your account balance, 130pub will correct the error by adjusting your balance to reflect the accurate amount. Players are required to report suspected malfunctions immediately via live chat support.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 130pub's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 130pub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 130pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification checks. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed; reopening requires creation of a new account subject to eligibility verification.

11.2 Termination by 130pub

130pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail KYC verification, or if continued operation of your account poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 130pub. Upon termination for cause, 130pub may forfeit your account balance and decline to process pending withdrawals if the balance was obtained through fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

12. Dispute Resolution & Complaints

12.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a dispute regarding account activity, game outcomes, payment processing, or any other aspect of 130pub services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter through 130pub's internal complaint process by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. 12.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Amendments to Terms

130pub reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 130pub platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes affecting Player rights or obligations will be announced via email notification to registered Players and prominently displayed on the platform homepage for a period of at least 14 days.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 130pub Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 130pub regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14.3 No Waiver

Failure by 130pub to enforce any provision of these Terms, or to exercise any right or remedy available under these Terms, shall not constitute a waiver of that provision, right, or remedy, nor shall it prevent 130pub from enforcing such provision, right, or remedy in the future.

14.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
